So here is my two-fold question:

- what is the best “sweater shaver” for all those little fuzz balls?

- what fiber content should I look for so that I don’t have all those annoying fuzz balls to begin with?! Thank you my sweet for solving this dilemma for me!!!

A.from Joyce- I like the Oreck electric shaver. But in a pinch...try a disposable razor!

Pills are inevitable. Some fabrics pill more than others-Acrylic is the worst, mohair pills the least. If you are buying cashmere, go for quality. It's all about the twisting of the yarn-tmi.

Christian, Neiman's, and Me!

On Saturday, Oct 24th Christian Louboutin went to Neiman Marcus in Tysons Galleria, Virginia to sign his glorious shoes and boots for all who purchased his red bottom beauties.

I had the incredible pleasure of interviewing and mugging for the cameras with CL.

I asked CL, "Who is your muse?"

He told me that his youngest sister was lovely and had the most beautiful ankles and feet. He spoke of her with such love and affection. (It was at that moment I fell into a sweet crush)

Even though I had not intended to bring up Barbie-how could I resist. We laughed as we discussed Barbie's thick ankles and the term "Cankles" -and by the way there is no exact translation in French.

I also asked him if he too would follow the trend of creating a less expensive line for a lower end store. He said no. He explained that he would not want to compromise quality.

I also wanted to know if he had any other artistic outlets, e.g. painting, sculpting, music...

He smiled and said, "No". He told me that he can't draw, but that he sees life in great detail. He is extremely observant and takes in the beauty of all that surrounds him. (Now my crush has turned to deep admiration) Christian Louboutin was humble and charming , an absolute pleasure to meet. Thank you Christian!
